There were three exciting modules - it was actually 48 hours of training + 10 hours of independent diving into video content on the topic.
Having dived into the context, I can clearly distinguish Advisory Boards from Supervisory Boards. I understand how boards work in private and state companies and supervisory board members' role in company development. I have formed an idea of creating an Advisory Board in Sheriff Holding. The next step is to create it.

I was impressed with the program. I thought I knew everything, and now I have finished the training and realized that it turns out I do not know a lot. The speakers covered topics not covered in other programs that I have attended (IoD Chartered Director). There is a lot I did not know. The program also allowed me to establish new connections with colleagues from Kazakhstan and Ukrainian colleagues.
