Leads projects to study compliance risks in the activities of legal entities in Ukraine and abroad and projects to prevent corporate fraud and search for assets. Advises and coordinates projects for assessing the political and socio-economic risks of doing business in a particular industry or country in terms of development strategy.
Leads projects for assessing the level of integrity and compliance of local and international companies, which includes an analysis of internal organizational business processes, in particular the mechanisms and control of compliance procedures, conducting a documentary audit, studying the corporate culture of the company, and includes an analysis of the company's activities in the market.
Before founding COSA, he worked as a senior political and compliance risk analyst, specializing in financial and industrial business groups in the post-Soviet countries, particularly Russia and Central Asia. He led projects for a comprehensive review of reputational and corruption risks in this position.
He worked as a consultant for foreign companies conducting international trading activities in the post-Soviet countries, the Balkan Peninsula, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. He specialized in supporting international commercial transactions, risk assessment in security and compliance, and information and analytical support for companies in international tenders.
